Dave Raifsnider is in his third season as an assistant coach in 2026.
Raifsnider arrived at Immaculata after serving as an assistant coach for Boyertown American Legion since 2020. He helped lead Boyertown American Legion to a second-place finish in the Pennsylvania American Legion State Tournament, earning a bid to the National Mid-Atlantic Tournament.
Raifsnider served as an assistant coach for Penn State Berks from 2017-20. He was a part of back-to-back NEAC Conference Championship teams that set a school record for wins in a season with 25 and finished 17-1 in conference play in 2018. Raifsnider worked with many All-Conference and All-Region hitters, including the 2019 D3 Player of the Year Toby Welk, who was drafted in the 21st round of the 2019 MLB draft by the Baltimore Orioles. The team finished in the top ten in the country in multiple categories in 2018 and 2019.
Raifsnider served as a varsity and junior varsity assistant coach at Owen J. Roberts High School from 2015-18.
He served as an assistant coach for Norchester American Legion and Junior Legion teams from 2015-18.
Raifsnider played for Owen J. Roberts High School from 2008-11. He is the all-time and single-season record holder for hits and batting average there and was the first four-year letter winner in baseball in school history. Raifsnider was a three-time All-Pac 10 and Mercury All-Area, two First Team, and one Second Team selection.
Raifsnider played at Centenary College from 2012-15, earning two All-CSAC Honorable Mention selections. He had 107 career hits and led all Division III in 2015 in runners picked off. Raifsnider graduated with a degree in Business Administration / Management.
