READING, Pa. – Immaculata University's men's soccer squad earned a double overtime road tie Wednesday night at Albright, 1-1, in non-conference action.
 
Albright (1-0-1) broke the scoreless game in the 28th minute taking the 1-0 lead on a goal from Nathan Hughes, and the Lions still held the edge at halftime.
 
Immaculata (0-1-1) broke through in the 52nd minute as Stephen Smith scored his first goal of the season from a feed from Will Carr.
 
Both squads were unable to score the go-ahead goal during the final 38 minutes of regulation and two overtime periods.
 
Immaculata goalkeeper Michael Thompson recorded six saves.
 
The Mighty Macs travel to Moravian at 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 6.
