Cusick Selected CSAC Women's Cross Country Runner Of The Week

ASTON, Pa. – Immaculata University sophomore Diana Cusick was tabbed the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week on Monday, October 27. It marked the first career runner of the week honor for the West Chester, Pa., native, and it was the second time this season that she earned weekly recognition by the CSAC.

Cusick won her first collegiate race as she turned in a time of 12:37 at the Immaculata Invitational last Thursday evening. Cusick edged out Neumann's Bethany Lang by just one second to lead 58 runners in the field.

Cusick looks to lead the Immaculata women's cross country team into the 2014 CSAC Championship this upcoming Saturday, Nov. 1. The women's race is set for noon at Core Creek Park in Langhorne, Pa.
