Men's Cross Country 27th At Paul Short Invitational

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Immaculata University's men's cross country team took part in the Paul Short Invitational on Friday afternoon finishing 27th in the 8K white race out of 36 teams.
 
Angel Chimal Rodriguez was Immaculata's top finisher in 35th place with a clocking of 27:30. Stash Grab was the second Mighty Mac runner to cross the finish line with a time of 29:02 for 117th overall. Stu Rial was close behind with a time of 29:28 for 133rd place. Immaculata's team scoring was completed by Dustin Gramig's 34:06 in 287th and Steve Doherty at 35:03 for 298th. In all, 322 runners competed in the race.
 
Immaculata was one of four Colonial States Athletic Conference squads competing. Marywood placed 15th, while Cairn and Baptist Bible finished 35th and 36th, respectively.
 
The Mighty Macs will compete at the Goldey Beacom Classic on Friday, Oct. 5, beginning at 5:30 p.m.
