ASTON, Pa.-Junior Stash Grab has been named to the Colonial States Athletic Conference Cross Country Weekly Honor Roll after a strong performance at the team's Immaculata Invitational last Thursday.

Grab finished first at the 4K event with a time of 13:40 to help the Mighty Macs to a second place team finish in the conference event held on Immaculata's campus.

Keystone's Dan Davis took home the Runner of the Week honors.

Grab and the rest of the Mighty Mac cross country team will now shift their focus to CSAC Championships which take place this Saturday.
