NEWARK, Del.- The Immaculata University track and field team competed at the Thomsom Invitational hosted by the University of Delaware on Saturday.

Anastacia Samuels was the top finisher for the women as she placed 22nd in the 60 meter dash with a time of 8.79.

In the men's 60 meter dash, Anthony Huggins finished 37th with a time of 7.69. Angelo Martinez followed with a time of 7.75 in 39th place while TJ Jappah finished in 7.79 for 41st place.

In the 800 meter run, Stash Grab had a team-best finish in 17th place with a time of 2:08.05.

Immaculata will compete in the DeSchriver Invitational at East Stroudsburg on Sat. Feb 4. The meet will begin at 10 a.m.
