WILMINGTON, Del. - Immaculata University's golf team began its spring schedule at the Neumann Invitational on Wednesday afternoon placing third with a composite score of 328.
Tim Eckert led the way for the Mighty Macs with a round of 79 to tie for seventh.
Todd Boisvert carded an 80 while
Sean Rowan signed for an 83. Brennan McNichol shot an 86 and Zach Robie rounded out the Immaculata squad with an 88.
Villanova took home team title after shooting a combined 308. Third different players (Joseph Curley, Austin Wolf and Chris Donahue) all shot a low-round 76 for the individual crown.
Immaculata will be back on the links on April 12 traveling to the Franklin & Marshall Invitational.
