Immaculata Athletics Donates Canned Food To St. Katharine Drexel Food Cupboard

IMMACULATA, Pa. – The Immaculata University athletic department donated over 400 non-perishable food items to St. Katharine Drexel Food Cupboard as part of a department-sponsored food drive this past winter for its student-athletes.
The Immaculata women’s basketball team delivered the 400-plus canned food items to the food cupboard in the weeks leading up to Christmas so that St. Katharine Drexel could provide local families food for the holidays.
While serving as Santa’s elves delivering the collected food, the women’s basketball team also stayed and helped organize donated Christmas presents and clothing.
