Immaculata University unveiled its new multi-purpose training facility for the Mighty Macs' athletic teams on Tuesday, Sept. 15, at a dedication ceremony held at 3:00 p.m. outside the facility.

Immaculata University’s Melissa Fetter was honored as a member of the 2009 Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Softball Team as released on Sunday, July 19. Fetter is one of 10 student-athletes from around the Philadelphia area selected to the squad.  Honorees are voted on by the sports information offices at the 28 institutions in the surrounding Philadelphia metropolitan area.

The 2009 CSAC Softball Championship has been cancelled to the weather in the area Sunday. Neumann has been crowned the CSAC champion after going 2-0 on Saturday, and received the automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
